Thinking about years past. Becky and I did our best to work through the 'sandpaper' moments..knowing it takes communication...and of course, that big word/ Commitment, to make a marriage work..and we were committed..As I look back at what seemed to be 'down' days, .they really weren't so valley-like..not so bad, well maybe some periods were.....Of course, we did find out what deep dark valley days were like, but as I have said, even in the parched desert moments, when the day was so burdensome, so mentally, physically taxing, that the appearance of even a small crevasse of hope was not possible; goodness and/or beauty moments would delightfully unfold in various forms..they truly did. I encourage you to know or wait on the beauty days to reveal themselves, and indeed they will. Stay the course..
God Bless you...Celebrate life...
