Valentine's Day..

Well, I think the day went OK, and frankly, don't need Valentine's Day to penetrate my heart anymore than other days. Yes, I did read and tightly squeeze a card Becky gave me last year..I did play a CD she gave me approx. 10 years ago, but along with grasping the reality of Becky not being here on this Valentine's Day..I also recalled wonderful Val days of the past..and I smiled. I smiled. And it was good. And I read the card my daughter gave me and there was even more reason to say 'this is good' and my heart was blanketed in peace and thankfulness for what I did have. I am a blessed man...I was married to a wonderful, unconditionally loving wife, a superb mother to her little girl. I have a poised, caring, funny, wise and beautiful inside/out daughter. But phhhleeease...allow me to say..we are having our 'butting of heads' moments..oh yessssirreee Billy Bob..we are having our edgy days..but hey, that's normal right? Well, yeah it kinda is..Gonna have those days, those moments..but we do at the end of the day, try to make sure most issues are resolved, or at least resolve to resolve them tomorrow! Yes, blessings do abound..I give thanks to the Lord for ALL things...and most of all HIS unconditional love.Amen and Amen Please do celebrate love, life and do laugh and do sing and do dance.
