'Even par'..the term used in Golf when the shot count is level with what is pre-stated/inked on the scorecard..An even round is good (a dream for me)...many strokes above par, not so good..many strokes below par...very good. Some days have been below par..some very good days lately! But mostly just a nice even par 'round' in last few weeks. Still doing the anti-blood clot needle shot to the abdomen..We think this should end in the next week or so..We find out soon. Also taking quite a regimen of meds, but reduction has been seen! She is still fatigued, but getting around better than a few weeks ago. She was able to attend a fun church event the other night. (nights are much better for her) Mornings can be a little tough..due to some sleep deprivation. She throughly enjoyed some very talented church goers let loose on popular-secular songs through the decades. "Way ta go" she said..her fist pumpin. She enjoyed seeing some wonderful folks she hadn't seen in over 9 months. It was so warming to her, and for those who got to see her. Indeed it was medicinal! She was very, very tired the next day, but still riding 'high' for being able to go to the event.
So, we press on. Thanking the Lord for past few weeks of 'even par' life. We know each day is a gift. We know there can obstacles interjected at any moment..But we ain't lettin' the thought of the bad overtake the good we are experiencing at this time..

Geez, not sure I could be this patient, but I realize that your faith sustains you through it all. Praise Be. I hope Abbey is well. Where will she be going to high school? Life is well here. Not much new. Went to a children's play last night at our Arts Center, and it was fantastic. Tonight the older children (teens) present the same play-going again. Oh, yeah. Summer School is fine-actually glad to have work. Memorial Day this week-end. Fly your flag! Talk soon
